iS3’s STOPzilla Anti-Spyware Awarded West Coast Labs’ Checkmark Certification

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--iS3 today announced that it has earned the Checkmark Certification for Anti-Spyware Installed from West Coast Labs, one of the world's foremost independent test laboratories. This certification applies to version 5.0 of STOPzilla Anti-Spyware, the company's flagship product.

For a product to be accredited to the Checkmark Anti-Spyware Installed certification, the desktop product must be able to nullify all installed and active Spyware in the Checkmark test suite current at the time of testing which is performed against unpatched Windows workstations, each of which is pre-infected with up to 60 distinct items of Spyware including Keyloggers, Password Stealers, Downloaders, Backdoors, Financials and Proxies.
