GateKeeper USA, Inc. Announced Execution of Purchase Order

GAITHERSBURG, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--GateKeeper USA, Inc. (Pink Sheets: GTKP), announced today that BACO Universal Distributing Inc. has executed a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) with GateKeeper USA. In accordance with the BPO, GateKeeper USA will be the exclusive security provider for all of BACO Universal Distributing Inc. worldwide shipments. GateKeeper USA estimates that sales to BACO Universal Distributing Inc. from the BPO can exceed $300,000,000. It is anticipated that BACO Universal Distributing Inc. will facilitate the first draw down on the BPO within the next thirty days. BACO Universal Distributing Inc. has chosen three different models of GateKeeper USA’s Container Automated Monitoring Systems (CAMS) to meet their security shipping needs. All CAMS models meet and exceed current Department of Homeland Security (DHS) container security requirements.
