Industry Veteran Ken Erback joins CastleBay Consulting

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CastleBay Consulting Corporation, a consulting services firm specializing in providing high impact consulting services to the Property & Casualty insurance market, today announced that Donald Kenneth (Ken) Erback has joined the company as a Consulting Principal. In his new position Mr. Erback focuses on expanding CastleBay’s program planning, legacy replacement and software implementation practice.

Most recently Vice President with California State Automobile Association (CSAA), Erback brings to CastleBay an impressive background and a wealth of experience in insurance and technology. In addition to his CSAA experience, Erback served as an Associate Partner with Accenture and has conducted programs and projects with numerous clients, including AIG Marketing, USAA, and Washington Mutual Bank.
