IMM Opens Enrollment of Document Preparation Class
Two-Day Session to Help Financial Institutions Design, Field and Data Map Documents
LINDEN, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Integrated Media Management® (IMM), a document output management and automation technology provider, announced today that registration is open for its LiquidOffice Design class held in Las Vegas. The limited-size class will take place Oct. 15 – 16 and is open to employees of financial institutions that are core system and/or host partners of IMM.
“We remain dedicated to supporting our customers through as many means as possible”
The class will teach institutions’ employees how to create documents for IMM’s TotaleAtlas software program in LiquidOffice Design, field and data map documents, as well as how to convert documents into an open-PDF format using IMM’s conversion utility. Every attendee will be supplied with an individual workstation equipped with all of the required software.
TotaleAtlas is a browser-based document preparation engine. It electronically captures signatures in-branch and merges the XML data to create a secure and non-editable PDF document, which is easily retrievable with IMM’s search feature. Institutions that use TotaleAtlas save time that was previously spent storing and manually retrieving paper or physically scanning and indexing the documents.
Lynette Carden, loan system specialist of Fresno Country Federal Credit Union participated in IMM’s last LiquidOffice Design Class and shared, “I took this class because (our credit union) is currently changing to a new application system, and we will be fielding and maintaining our own documents. IMM’s class was very helpful. I learned how to create, field and convert documents. The class was easy to follow and I have already started using what I learned in class and feel it will be very helpful in the future.”
IMM recently announced the release of its TotaleAtlas 4.3 version that offers enhanced document processing, procurement and administrative capabilities. TotaleAtlas 4.3 is currently live at beta sites and is scheduled for general release in the third quarter of 2008.
“We remain dedicated to supporting our customers through as many means as possible,” said Chuck Klein, CEO of Integrated Media Management. “Our LiquidOffice Design class not only teaches institutions how to improve their branch’s automation but also brings members of the financial industry community together to share ideas and experiences. Technological upgrades and enhancements seem to be introduced every day and it’s of the utmost importance that institutions take the time to invest in their employees and have them properly trained. Our class provides just that in an intimate environment, ensuring the best results possible.”
