SOUTHBOROUGH, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Double-Take Software (NASDAQ: DBTK) will report financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2008 following the market close on Tuesday, July 29, 2008 and will host a conference call to discuss these results at 4:30 p.m. EDT. The public is invited to listen to a live web cast of the conference call on the Investor Relations section of the Companys website at www.doubletake.com.
