Molly Holladay was awarded as the “ITIL Practitioner of the Year” at Pink Elephant’s Annual International IT Service Management Conference in 2006. The award is presented to an individual who shows a significant commitment to ITIL best practices and is dedicated to sharing knowledge about ITIL. Holladay has more than six years of experience as an ITIL practitioner and attained her ITIL Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management in 2002.
Holladay specializes in meeting today's top IT service delivery challenges like adopting the ITIL framework, improving IT customer satisfaction, achieving cost transparency, and managing outsourcer relationships. Most recently, she was director of IT service management solutions at Lontra. Prior to that, Holladay was the IT service management architect at Bandag (now Bridgestone Bandag, LLC). She is a frequent speaker at ITIL industry events and is also the founder, former president, and current membership chair of the itSMF Eastern Iowa Local Interest Group.
