Chemtura to Raise Prices on Polymer Additives for Rubber Industry

MIDDLEBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chemtura Corporation (NYSE:CEM) will increase prices on a range of its polymer additives used primarily by its customers in the rubber industry, effective July 15, 2008, or as contracts allow. The increases, ranging from $0.10-$1.10/kg, are in response to mounting raw material, energy, and transportation costs.
