Software Industry Leader Howard Gwin Joins Opalis Board of Directors

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Opalis Software Inc., the market leader in IT process automation software with more than 450 customers worldwide, today announced Howard Gwin has joined the company’s board of directors. Mr. Gwin holds more than 25 years of leadership experience in executive and board member positions with leading global technology and software organizations.

Mr. Gwin also spent 13 years in senior sales, marketing, and operations roles at IBM Corporation and Xerox Corporation. Additionally, he has served on several boards, and is considered an expert in board governance and board effectiveness.
