Partnership to offer clinical and financial software and implementation services in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut
YONKERS, N.Y. and ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Emerging Health Information Technology, a provider of healthcare consulting and professional services, and Eclipsys Corporation®, The Outcomes Company®, a leading provider of advanced integrated clinical, revenue cycle and access management solutions, announced that the two companies have entered into an alliance in response to significant regional demand for health information technology that promotes more efficient and safer healthcare.
Under terms of the agreement, the two companies will team together to provide Eclipsys’ software solutions along with quality implementation services to hospitals and long-term care organizations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. Eclipsys will gain access to Emerging Health’s project management, systems implementation, application engineering and systems integration resources to augment its internal activation resources. At the same time, Emerging Health can leverage its expertise and local knowledge to market Eclipsys’ full suite of healthcare solutions in the tri-state area. In addition, Eclipsys’ customers gain the ability to utilize the remote hosting services of Emerging Health offered through its data center in Yonkers, New York.
