DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The board of directors of United Western Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:UWBK), a holding company whose principal subsidiary is United Western Bank, declared a quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share on the company’s common stock. The dividend, the sixth consecutive quarterly dividend declared by the Company, is payable on June 16, 2008, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 5, 2008.
