The premiere was to celebrate the film, which is hitting retail and rental shelves today, April 15, 2008. “National Lampoon Presents One, Two, Many” (www.onetwomanythemovie.com) is a hilarious film about the trials and tribulations that come about when the “ultimate male fantasy” becomes a reality. The film stars John Melendez (shock jock Howard Stern’s “Stuttering John” and “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno”) as Tom, a guy whose only quest is to find the perfect girlfriend who will make his dream of having a threesome come true. Written and produced by Melendez (who is an NYU School of Film graduate), National Lampoon’s newest comedy about love in the 21st century features Bellamy Young (“Dirty Sexy Money” and “Private Practice”) as the extremely open-minded girlfriend, Jeffrey Ross (“Weeds”) and Hudson Leick (“CSI” and “Xena: Warrior Princess”). The movie also marks the feature film directorial debut of Michael DeLorenzo (“New York Undercover” and “Fame”) and a cameo appearance by Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban. “National Lampoon Presents One, Two, Many” is a true lesson about being careful what you wish for.
“We are extremely pleased with the reaction to the film by the many buyers throughout the retail community. We are confident that this will generate real revenue now and in the future, and we are proud to add this to our film library,” said Tom Daniels, President of Worldwide Distribution for National Lampoon. “`National Lampoon Presents One, Two, Many' is a real gem.”
