DTS-HD Master Audio™ Suite Blu-ray Disc™ Production Toolset Advances to Version 1.6

(NASDAQ:DTSI), a digital technology company dedicated to delivering the ultimate entertainment experience, has released an update for DTS-HD Master Audio™ Suite (MAS) toolset for Blu-ray Disc™ and DVD production. Along with numerous highly anticipated file management features, DTS-HD MAS V1.6 includes the public release of Dynamic Automation for DTS Express™, an interactive Secondary Audio codec for Blu-ray Disc.

Secondary audio DTS Express streams encoded for Blu-ray Disc with MAS V1.6 are playable on all Full Standard Profile (1.1) and BD Live (Profile 2.0) players.
DTS will be presenting the MAS V1.6 at the NAB (National Association of Broadcasters) convention at the Sonic Solutions booth #SL8020 at the Las Vegas Convention Center on April 14-16,2008. The MAS V1.6 will also be demonstrated with live trainings at the upcoming 124th AES (Audio Engineering Society) Convention, booth # 2605, Amsterdam RAI, Amsterdam, Netherlands, May 17-20, 2008.
