ALPHARETTA, Ga.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ista North America today announced changes to its Multifamily Solutions Group senior management team, including the appointment of Nir Moskovitch as Vice President of Operations; Vito Ciavarelli as Vice President of Product Development; and the promotion of Phil Neeves to Vice President of Field Services.

Nir Moskovitch, Vice President of Operations, oversees the Operations Team, which combines Utility Expense Management™ and Billing into a single transaction organization. Prior to joining ista, Nir managed 100 million transactions a day for Amdocs Inc. As part of his role with Amdocs Inc., Nir managed high-volume transaction processing, working with many large customers in Europe, Canada and the US.

Moskovitch is a results-oriented technology manager who is highly experienced directing multimillion-dollar software development and implementation projects with National and Global scopes. His customer focus and strategic planning and leadership ensure that the multifamily market will have access to the best Utility Expense Management and Billing program with ista North America.

Vice President of Product Development Vito Ciavarelli oversees all Product Development, Quality Assurance, IT Support, and the Project Management Office.

Before joining ista, Vito worked for Travelogix and was responsible for developing and maintaining 600 websites simultaneously, generating revenue of $300 million per year. Vito is an exceptional software Engineering Executive with 30 years of contributions in software development products. His technical background includes success in managing globally dispersed teams, deploying software development processes, and reorganizing software engineering organizations to achieve cost efficiency improvements. Vito will use rich technology acumen to develop superior reusable solutions and drive revenue improvements, quick time-to-market products, solutions, and services.

Vice President of Field Operations Phil Neeves is the preeminent industry expert on heating and cooling cost allocation systems. His experience includes 16 years in the submetering business and 14 years’ experience as an owner/partner in a full-service real estate company specializing in syndicating multifamily apartment communities nationwide. Phil’s expertise in the area of Submetering and Energy Allocation includes serving clients in all phases of planning for a utility metering conversion for both conventional financed and HUD insured properties. Phil served three years on the Board of Directors for the National Submetering & Utility Allocation Association (NSUAA) and is a Lifetime Member of America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals. Phil will oversee all hardware installations and maintenance, and ensure that ista sets the industry standard for Service Leadership.
