TSYS and Nationwide to Co-Present at Europes Leading Cards and Payments Conference

COLUMBUS, Ga. & LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TSYS today announced that Stephanie Wilson, managing director of TSYS Managed Services EMEA, and Jeremy Wood, divisional director, Consumer Finance, Nationwide Building Society, will co-present at Cards & Payments Europe 2008, which will take place on 19-20 June in Brussels, Belgium.

Ms. Wilson and Mr. Wood will present An Innovative Solution to the Contact Centre Business Model on 19 June, which will provide an overview of TSYS Design, Build, Operate and Transfer contact centre model used for Nationwide Building Society. The contact centre is based in Coventry to support Nationwides credit card customers and may create up to 300 new jobs in the local UK economy.

We remain committed to UK based call centres and recognise that the relationship we have with our customers is core to operating a successful business, said Wood. TSYS offered a business model that had a natural fit with Nationwide and together we are able to provide competitive products and the high standard of customer service our members expect.

Companies across Europe are looking to TSYS to meet their customer contact centre needs in a practical, cost-effective manner that fits their business model, said Wilson. We were pleased to partner with Nationwide in this innovative solution that is not only customised to their business needs, but also benefited the local economy and job market here in the UK.

TSYS signed a long-term agreement with Nationwide Building Society in 2007 to process its portfolio of consumer credit accounts and to build, operate and manage a new customer care centre for member support services. In March 2008, TSYS began servicing Nationwides more than one million consumer credit Visa accounts and the operation of its customer care centre.
