Dream Garage Signs Agreement with Cameron Real Estate to Co-Develop Locations in the Northwest

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Executives with Dream Garage USA have signed an agreement with Seattle-based Cameron Real Estate Group LLC, to develop Dream Garage locations in the Northwestern United States. Beginning with Seattle, the groups will build a variation of the Dallas flagship location that is scheduled to open by August 2008 with a combination of garage suites and retail space for car enthusiasts.

“Our intention was to open a nationwide group of Dream Garage locations through joint ventures and partnerships across the United States and Europe,” noted Jack Griffin, founding partner of Dream Garage USA. “With the Dallas location nearing completion, this relationship with Scott Cameron and Belinda Leppa of Cameron Real Estate Group will allow us to jointly develop locations in one of the hottest areas of the country. This is a perfect fit because they have an intimate understanding of their local market and are committed to delivering world class service.”

Dream Garage is a national group of luxury garage suites that feature secure, upscale, private automotive residences for prized collections. Each Dream Garage will feature a high-end repair facility specializing in the maintenance and repair of exotic, luxury and classic automobiles.

Cameron Real Estate Group is headed up by Scott Cameron, who is also principal of Scott Cameron Consulting and Bent Nose Building & Development. It is based on his 18 years of experience providing sales and marketing services for developers/builders in new construction, master planned communities and raw land/entitled project sales and acquisitions. Clients include Heiser Homes, Cambridge Homes, Main Street Builders, Bennett Homes, Forest Ridge Construction and Baseline Development.
