IT Outsourcing Services Leader Hildebrando Acquires CrossHorizons, an Innovative Boutique Consulting Firm

MEXICO CITY & MONTERREY, Mexico & HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hildebrando, the leading nearshore provider of Systems Integration, Application Development, BPO and Captive Center Services today announced it has completed the acquisition of CrossHorizons, a boutique consulting firm specialized in Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Testing Factories, and Enterprise Application Integration.

Hildebrando Services Inc., the Hildebrando US company, will offer the Hildebrando Consulting Services and Hildebrando Testing Factory services in the US through the company’s Systems Integration (SI) division.
