Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Announces Promotions in Internal Operations Division
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona (BCBSAZ) today announced the promotions of Terri Gades, Deidra Stone and Susie Nash to new positions within the internal operations division of the organization.

Gades is promoted to vice president, local and regional claims and customer service. She has been with BCBSAZ for 28 years and has consistently achieved great success in guiding and working with teams throughout the company.
Stone is promoted to director, local claims and customer service. She brings more than 24 years of BCBSAZ experience to her new role and is continually looking for new and efficient ways to provide better service to customers.
Nash is appointed to vice president, BlueCard Host claims and customer service. Her 30-year career with BCBSAZ is highlighted by executive leadership experience in a variety of areas including eSolutions, Medicare, Internal Audit and Enrollment Services.
