Linxter Releases Open Source Microsoft® SQL Server®
Integration Service
COOPER CITY, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Linxter, Inc. today announces the release of an open source Microsoft
SQL Server integration service, intended to illustrate the benefits of
system integration using cloud services instead of web services. .NET
developers are welcome to modify and extend the code for their own
integration projects.
With the Linxter - Microsoft SQL integration service, database
administrators and system integrators can use their existing .NET skills
to connect distributed applications and integrate distributed systems
with their SQL server, all without building or exposing web services.
With the integration service’s open source code and Linxter’s plug and
play communication plumbing, the technical barrier to entry is
dramatically lowered for developers who want to create programs that can
exchange data with their database server.
Database integration is now as easy as downloading the Linxter -
Microsoft SQL integration source code, modifying as you please, and
creating a Linxter account to control your backend permissions and
restrictions. Developers are encouraged to enhance the source code
themselves, or if needed, contact Linxter Inc. to find someone who has
already worked with the Linxter technology.
Cloud services built with Linxter are firewall friendly and provide
secure, reliable, well-governed, asynchronous data exchange. A cloud
messaging platform, Linxter eliminates common technical barriers such as
message polling, transactional queues, dynamic endpoint reconfiguration,
encryption and authentication, internet connection retries,
non-repudiation and file chunking.
Linxter, Inc. released the Linxter - Microsoft SQL integration service
as part of an ongoing effort to ensure that Linxter provides the
ultimate ease of use experience for developers. Our goal is to provide
the developer community with a variety of sample apps and services (http://linxterdeveloper.com/sample-apps)
made possible with Linxter’s in-the-cloud communication plumbing.

About Linxter, Inc.
Linxter, Inc. was established to create new paths and opportunities for
data exchange. Realizing immense growth in Internet-enabled devices
would cause a bottleneck for programming in the communication layer,
Jason Milgram (CEO/Founder) began developing Linxter to provide
message-oriented middleware as-a-service. A behind-the-scenes
technology, Linxter removes the complexities and costs for developers
when implementing secure, reliable messaging among disparate programs.
