Allegheny Energy Announces Dividend
GREENSBURG, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Allegheny Energy, Inc. (NYSE: AYE) today authorized a cash dividend of $0.15 per outstanding share of the company’s common stock. The dividend is payable December 28, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 14, 2009.
