James H. DeGraffenreidt, Jr., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer; Terry D. McCallister, President and Chief Operating Officer and Vincent L. Ammann, Jr., Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will discuss the company's third quarter financial results for the period ending June 30, 2009 and its financial outlook for fiscal year ending 2009.
