Wesley International Announces PACK MULE© Satisfaction Guarantee
Pack Mule electric industrial vehicle backed by half century of high quality workmanship
ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today’s manufacturing sector is not the industry of a decade ago. Companies like Wesley International are experiencing double digit growth after being in business for more than half a century and its formula for expansion is simple: pay attention to the customer’s needs.
“Our experience has proven that we have over a 90 percent chance of making a noticeable and immediate improvement at our end-users site, resulting in a Pack Mule sale once the customer tries our vehicle”
It’s that kind of attention that has led the company CEO, Bob Fisher, to announce a Satisfaction Guarantee for its Pack Mule brand, a move more indicative of the company’s broader culture of standing behind its products and its people. This is just another step in what Fisher calls “Putting our money where our mouth is.”
Fisher saw the benefits of the Zappos© strategy of offering a 100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee in order to encourage customers to try Pack Mule in its environment and at work. “We allow our customers to test the Pack Mule in their actual course of business prior to purchase. We also offer several lean manufacturing tools such as our bolt-on trailers. The process is important to demonstrate the benefits and efficiencies that are possible with our brands. “So far, it’s worked great,” Fisher reports. “We haven’t had one returned yet! And, somewhat surprisingly, we seem to be the only company offering a 100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee in the industrial sector.”
“We’re actually putting the hard work and dedication of our employees against any of our competitor’s product in the marketplace,” says Fisher. Wesley International was the first company in its sector to extend warranties on its Pack Mule industrial electric vehicle and trailers from 12 to 36 months.
The Pack Mule stock chasing and burden carrying electric vehicles are relied upon to keep operations running smoothing in many of America’s top companies as well as the U.S. Military. When utilized with Pack Mule’s Center Pivot Steer Industrial Trailers, the towable system provides order picking, lean and just in time manufacturing, and can also serve as hand maneuvered carts for order picking and restocking operations. Wesley also offers Quad-Steer pneumatic wheel trailers for rough surface operation. All trailers are manufactured from heavy gauge, all steel frame construction to withstand extreme round-the-clock processes and functions.
“The Try Before You Buy and warranty extension programs are effective ways to communicate to prospective customers of the superior quality of the product,” adds Fisher. “It’s one thing to say ‘our vehicles are reliable, durable, etc.,’ but everybody says that. Since our claims aren’t just puffing, we decided to ‘put our money where our mouth is.’”
“Our experience has proven that we have over a 90 percent chance of making a noticeable and immediate improvement at our end-users site, resulting in a Pack Mule sale once the customer tries our vehicle,” says Fisher. “The people who actually use and maintain them know the difference immediately. In addition, the customer has a higher comfort level when they make the purchase.”
Wesley also offers the Pallet Mule material handling pallet truck (pallet jack) series. The Pack Mule and the Pallet Mule are industry leaders built and customized at Wesley International’s factory just outside Atlanta, Georgia. “We build the products right here in the U.S. and we’re proud to stand behind that workmanship,” adds Fisher
