Zags Appoints Didier Millet as Vice President Sales EMEA
Former sales director at Accenture Software to accelerate next phase of company growth
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zags (formerly Insurance Global Operations (IGO)), a solution provider of core processing systems for the P&C and Life insurance markets, today announced its new Vice President of Sales for EMEA. Didier Millet brings to Zags a wealth of EMEA insurance industry and technology experience, having focused in this sector with a number of solution providers including Accenture and Guidewire.
Operating from the Zags EMEA headquarters office in Paris, Millet will lead the company’s go-to-market execution for this key region. In his new position, Millet reports to Olivier Jaillon, Zags’ founder and CEO. His initial focus will be to build the Zags EMEA team with the proven talent and experience to effectively establish Zags as a leading solution provider to the EMEA insurance industry.
With its sights set on aggressive growth and the establishment of a strong position in the global insurance software market, Zags is making significant investments in building a proven leadership team -- a team with the experience to shape its digital innovation strategy into core insurance processes and execute the right go-to-market strategy to help insurers to replace their legacy core systems and transform their business.
Prior to joining Zags, Didier Millet most recently held the position of Sales Director for Accenture Software, where he was responsible for the establishment and leadership of the sales operation for Accenture Software’s P&C and Life solutions in the EALA region. Millet’s insurance industry experience also includes his tenure as Managing Director for Guidewire Europe with responsibility for Guidewire’s sales operations in France, Belgium and Southern Europe. With a career that spans more than 20 years, Millet also brings to Zags his Oracle experience where he focused his sales efforts on enterprise-level software solutions.
