LEIPZIG, Germany--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The huge German UNISTER TRAVEL online operating company (in German: UNISTER TRAVEL Betriebsgesellschaft mbH) commences the travel section of UNISTER GmbH, thus officially controlling the operative business activities of the online travel section.

This means that Unister is taking another important step en route of the planned reorganisation. On Monday, August 18, 2014, Boris Raoul was already appointed Head of UNISTER TRAVEL (www.unister-travel.de) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), whilst Matthias Steinberg was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Nikolaus Pauseback was appointed Chief Procurement Officer (CPO).
