Openings for Managers and Insurance Sales and Service Representatives

Dialog Direct is targeting people who are interested in career development as managers, licensed and non-licensed health insurance sales and service representatives, trainers and quality assurance specialists. New hires will participate in a 2-4 week paid training period, beginning in early September with additional training classes running until mid-November.
“We’re looking for people who are friendly, energetic and engaging over the phone to handle inbound customer service calls,” said Dialog Direct Chief Operations Officer Rob Hyman. “We’ll provide comprehensive subject matter content and coach the team on ways to deliver the ideal customer experience with every call. The salary ranges for the job openings vary based on the position, which may include bonus opportunities in addition to base salaries.
