Following an introduction of new small-size wok-fresh entreés earlier this year, Pei Wei’s menu now includes hand-rolled sushi and made-to-order small-size entrée salads, perfect for quick occasions and for those looking for lighter options.

Guests in the mood for hand-rolled sushi can order eight rolls starting at just $5.99 or four rolls starting at just $3.29. And with the addition of small-size entrée salads and wok’d fresh entrées starting at just $5.99, there are sizes for all appetites. Pei Wei also offers a number of Perfect Additions to add to any entrée including edamame and handmade spring rolls.
Pei Wei’s new hand-rolled sushi options include exciting twists on classic favorites:
- Mango California Roll: This roll packs flavor with a combination of sweet mango and fresh cucumber paired with a citrus ponzu dipping sauce.
- Sriracha Spicy Tuna Roll: Fans looking for an extra kick of heat will love this roll’s signature Sriracha aioli dipping sauce.
