Imprivata Announces Closing of Initial Public Offering and Full Exercise of Over-Allotment Option by Underwriters
LEXINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Imprivata® (NYSE: IMPR) today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 5,750,000 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $15.00 per share, which included 750,000 shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option. All of the shares sold in the offering were sold by Imprivata. The company’s common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “IMPR.”
J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. William Blair, Wells Fargo Securities and Stephens Inc. acted as co-managers.
