Woodside Homes, Inc. Files S-1 Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Woodside Homes, Inc. (the “Company”) today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 (the “Registration Statement”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) for a proposed initial public offering of its Class A Common Stock. The number of shares of Class A Common Stock to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. Certain of the shares of Class A Common Stock will be sold by an existing stockholder of the Company.

Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the offering. Zelman Partners LLC will act as lead manager and FBR Capital Markets & Co., JMP Securities LLC and Moelis & Company LLC will act as co-managers for the offering.

The Registration Statement has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective. Shares of the Company’s Class A Common Stock may not be sold nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the Registration Statement becomes effective.
