New office to provide 200 green jobs to Tempe community
AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CLEAResult, a company that designs, markets and implements energy efficiency programs for utilities, governments, schools and businesses, today announced the expansion of its CustomerLink operations through the opening of a bilingual customer care center in Tempe, Ariz. The facility currently employs approximately 50 people, with plans to employ up to an additional 150 people within 12 to 18 months.
“The opening of our new CustomerLink customer care center helps us to further realize our mission by enabling our utility clients to better serve and reach their non-English speaking end-user customers.”
The opening of the Tempe center significantly broadens CLEAResult’s ability to support the growing bilingual needs of its utility clients. The customer support center in Tempe will initially support English and Spanish customers, with plans to include multiple Asian languages in the future.
“CLEAResult was founded on the idea of making a positive impact on our local communities by helping people make smarter energy decisions,” said Glenn Garland, CEO of CLEAResult. “The opening of our new CustomerLink customer care center helps us to further realize our mission by enabling our utility clients to better serve and reach their non-English speaking end-user customers.”
