The new name repositions the 13-year-old, 30-person firm as a digital, branding and creative “stimulus lab” expert at stirring consumer action. Pavlov was inspired by the findings of Russian scientist, Ivan Pavlov, who first recognized the concepts of conditioned behavior, and stimulus and response.
