The New York Times Company Announces Nominations for Board of Directors
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The New York Times Company announced today its nominees to stand for election to the Board of Directors at its annual meeting of stockholders on April 30, 2014. All of the current directors with the exception of Thomas Middelhoff will stand for re-election. Dr. Middelhoff, who has served as a director since 2003, has notified the Board that he does not intend to seek re-election.
