OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pandora (NYSE:P), the leading internet radio service, today announced two new appointments to its senior staff: Sara Clemens as Chief Strategy Officer and Kristen Robinson as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Newly appointed CSO Sara Clemens is a seasoned technology, media and telecommunications leader with extensive experience building businesses across a broad range of international markets, including Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East and Greater Asia Pacific. Ms. Clemens will lead the company’s ongoing business strategy, corporate development and international expansion efforts. She will report to the CEO, Brian McAndrews.
Ms. Clemens has held leadership positions in corporate development and strategy at major consumer technology companies including LinkedIn and Microsoft. She established the business development, international expansion and M&A functions for the Xbox division, helping to transform Xbox from a gaming platform into a mass-market entertainment platform. She most recently served as Executive in Residence at Greylock Partners in Menlo Park, CA.

Ms. Clemens has a BA and MA from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand and a postgraduate business diploma from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand.
Kristen Robinson will join Pandora in the newly-created role of Chief Human Resources Officer and will lead human resources for Pandora’s global offices. Ms. Robinson joins Pandora from Yahoo where she led the company’s global HR centers of excellence and international HR teams.
Ms. Robinson has expertise in building global teams for technology companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Verigy, where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer before joining Yahoo. She has experience in finance, marketing and new venture management and has worked closely with boards to help companies achieve growth through talent acquisition, development and retention.
