USIIC President and CEO Named to Top CCIM Committee
Mahnaz Khazan Joins Prestigious International Activities Committee
SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The CCIM Institute has named Mahnaz Khazan, President and CEO of the U.S. Immigration Investment Center (USIIC), to sit on CCIM’s International Activities Committee (IAC).
“Being selected to join the IAC is an honor”
The CCIM Institute was established in 1954 to give commercial real estate practitioners a previously unrealized opportunity to further their business practices through focused education and networking opportunities.
“Being selected to join the IAC is an honor,” Ms. Khazan said. “My experience and expertise in the area of commercial real estate will help increase member knowledge of the international market.”
The IAC focuses on increasing recognition of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation globally via trade show presence, trade missions, “How to Do Business in Other Countries” sessions, and newsletters. The IAC seeks to increase networking opportunities for both US and non-US CCIMs.
Today, with the addition of advanced technology tools, CCIM is the global leader in commercial and investment real estate education and services. And the coveted CCIM designation, recognized as a hallmark of professional competency, affords members an undisputed competitive advantage.
The IAC’s first biannual meeting will convene on April 29, in Nashville, Tenn.
