Fitch Withdraws Credit Enhanced Rating on St. Mary Hospital Authority, PA Series 2012B Bonds
NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fitch Ratings has withdrawn the 'AA-/F1+' credit enhanced rating on the following bond:
-- St. Mary Hospital Authority (PA) (Catholic Health East Issue) health system revenue bonds series 2012B.
The rating assigned to the bonds is revised to 'AA/F1+' with a Stable Outlook based on the underlying rating assigned by Fitch to CHE Trinity Inc.'s general revenue bonds.
The rating withdrawal is in connection with termination of the Bank of New York Mellon letter of credit (LOC) supporting the bonds.
