Magellan Complete Care of Florida Hiring Up to 200 Positions
Employees Will be Based in Orlando, Miami Offices or Field Positions
AVON, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Magellan Complete Care (MCC) of Florida, part of Magellan Health Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGLN), today announced that it is hiring up to 200 positions based in its Orlando and Miami offices, and for field-based positions across the state.

Magellan Complete Care of Florida, the only Medicaid specialty plan for individuals with SMI in the country, was selected by the state’s Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) in September 2013 as part of its Managed Medical Assistance program in eight regions across the state, including in 40 of Florida's 67 counties.
Magellan Complete Care's model centers around a Care Coordination Team, which works with members, their doctors, counselors, family and caregivers to set goals for recovery and enjoying a healthier life. The Care Coordination Team includes a dedicated health guide who can assist members by scheduling and arranging transportation to appointments, working with providers, and helping members adhere to treatment plans.
Magellan Complete Care of Florida is currently hiring for a number of different roles, including peer specialists, health guides, wellness specialists, disease managers, registered nurses, provider specialists, and behavioral health clinicians for utilization and case management.
