Lavastorm Fraud Manager, which is used by some of the world’s largest and most innovative communications and cable companies, including Mobistar and Kabel Deutschland, now includes the latest release of Lavastorm Resolution Center, the company’s flexible business improvement management system that provides fraud management organizations with a unified investigation environment, with integrated alarming, case management, reporting, and query capabilities. - Improved reporting and visualization capabilities – The reporting engine has been upgraded which provides additional ad-hoc visualization capabilities, the ability to group reports and sub-reports for basic dashboards, and the ability to filter within defined reports. Additionally, log improvements allow for better display, search, and export of log information.
- Enhanced search and filtering capability – Users can search and filter cases by case type or any relevant information contained in the cases. Searches and filters can be saved and re-used on a per user basis.
- Bulk editing of cases – Users can edit case facts and case status for multiple cases with a single action, allowing fraud analysts to more quickly update cases and issue more accurate reports.
