Four Mintz Levin Attorneys Selected for Boston’s Future Leaders Program
BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Matthew D. Levitt, Courtney Quish, John T. Rudy, and Colin G. Van Dyke of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. have been named to the 2014 Boston’s Future Leaders class by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. The year-long program aims to “identify the leaders of tomorrow and engage them in the business and civic life of our community by providing a platform for professional development and significant opportunities for growth and exposure.”

Launched in 2004, Boston’s Future Leaders program provides numerous opportunities for its members, including leadership development seminars at Harvard Business School and Suffolk University, Sawyer Business School. To be selected, participants must work for a Chamber member organization, hold a mid- to senior-level management position within their organization, and be identified as having high potential for an executive-level position.
Mr. Levitt is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Section. His practice encompasses a range of litigation matters including False Claims Act defense, securities litigation, complex civil litigation and white collar criminal defense. He regularly advises clients at all stages of dispute resolution, from pre-litigation counseling and investigation through trial and the appeals process. Before joining Mintz Levin, Mr. Levitt served as a law clerk to the Honorable Martha B. Sosman of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. During law school, he also served as a law intern for the Honorable David N. Hurd, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Ms. Quish is an attorney in Mintz Levin’s Intellectual Property Section. Her practice is directed at counseling clients on strategies for protecting and leveraging their business interests and assets. Her practice focuses primarily on patent litigation, but also includes counseling and litigation relating to trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, false advertising, and breach of contract and fiduciary duty claims.
Mr. Rudy is an attorney in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Section. His practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including the representation of public and private companies and underwriters in capital markets transactions. He also advises public and private companies and investors in connection with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and general corporate governance matters. In particular, Mr. Rudy has extensive experience running private equity acquisition and sale processes, as well as representing PE-sponsored portfolio companies.
Mr. Van Dyke is an attorney in Mintz Levin’s Environmental Law Section. His practice includes litigating environmental cases in federal and state courts; counseling clients in regulatory compliance, enforcement, and permitting matters before federal and state agencies; and advising clients on the acquisition, disposition, leasing, remediation, and redevelopment of contaminated properties.
