CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--InfoSystems, one of the fastest-growing information technology providers in the Southeast, today announced it was named winner of the IBM Choice Award for North American Marketing Excellence.
“This year InfoSystems is celebrating not only 20 years in the technology business, but 20 years with IBM”
“We’d like to congratulate InfoSystems for being awarded a 2014 IBM Choice Award in Marketing Excellence. Their industry expertise, demonstrated skills in selling IBM solutions and dedication to helping their clients achieve higher value does not go unnoticed,” said IBM Vice President, Global Business Partners, North America, Tami Duncan. “We look forward to continuing to work with InfoSystems to achieve common business goals with our combined technology capabilities.”
Announced at the IBM PartnerWorld Leadership Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, IBM’s Choice Awards recognize a select number of IBM Business Partners who exhibit IBM values in all client interactions and achieve common business goals and mutually significant business impact. The Choice Awards, selected by IBM leadership in each geography, are given to Business Partners across a range of categories, recognizing their working relationships with clients and demonstrated skills in selling IBM solutions.
“This year InfoSystems is celebrating not only 20 years in the technology business, but 20 years with IBM,” said InfoSystems President and CEO, Clay Hales. “We appreciate IBM’s recognition, and more importantly, their contribution to our growth and success through the years.”
InfoSystems’ IBM partnership started in 1994, when the company first opened its doors with eight employees. An IBM Premier Partner for 12 straight years, since the beginning of the program, InfoSystems has grown and diversified its technology offering and geographic footprint. Mr. Hales is a member of the IBM Global Business Partner Advisory Council and the Arrow IBM Advisory Council for Enterprise Storage Solutions.
“Since the beginning, IBM has been an important part of InfoSystems marketing and growth,” said InfoSystems Director of Marketing, Connie Roberts, a member of the IBM North American Business Partner Marketing Advisory Council. “IBM provides a robust and effective channel marketing program that has been a huge asset to a company like ours with a small marketing staff and budget. We’ve been able to execute national-level campaigns and events by leveraging the assets of IBM branding and marketing investment. The ability to build on the strong IBM brand significantly strengthens InfoSystems in the marketplace.”
