World Class Capital Group Acquires 118-Acre Former Cypress Semiconductor Campus in Round Rock
ROUND ROCK, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--World Class Capital Group, LLC (http://www.wccapitalgroup.com/), the Austin-based national real estate firm, announced that it has acquired the former Cypress Semiconductor campus in Round Rock, Texas. The seller was Cypress Semiconductor Corporation. The property is located on Interstate Highway 35 North and extends to Cypress Blvd, directly behind the IKEA retail development at the intersection of IH-35 North and University Drive.

Phase I of the project is the renovation and leasing of the existing 98,700 square foot former semiconductor manufacturing facility. The 7.8 acre facility is being repurposed for office/flex industrial use. The entire Cypress campus encompasses a 118-acre parcel.
