Morris Joins Lowe Enterprises as Senior Vice President to Lead Expanding Activities in the Pacific Northwest
SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Suzi Morris has joined Lowe Enterprises Real Estate Group as senior vice president to manage the firm’s expanding Pacific Northwest activities. Morris will lead the development of the 169-unit 1321 Seneca condominium project on First Hill, Lowe’s joint venture project with Swedish mutual pension company Alecta, due to break ground in mid-2014. She will also seek new investment and development opportunities in the area.

Morris previously served as development director for Alliance Residential and as senior investment manager of multifamily development for Schnitzer West, LLC. Over the past 15 years she has been responsible for developing more than 1,450 multifamily units in the greater Seattle area, as well as commercial project development and leasing in the Seattle and Portland areas. She earned her B.A. in Communications from the University of Colorado, Boulder and her M.S. in Finance from Seattle University. She is an active member of the Northwest Chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
Lowe Enterprises has a long and active history of development and investment in the Pacific Northwest dating to the firm’s development of the Klahanie master planned community in the 1980s and 1990s. The firm has made numerous commercial and hospitality property acquisitions in the area, recently acquiring and renovating the Red Lion Hotel on Fifth Street in Seattle. Lowe Enterprises is a joint venture partner in Suncadia Resort in Cle Elum, Wash. and Sunriver Resort in Central Oregon.
