DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Freeman Company (Freeman) and the Audio Visual Management Group (AVMG) announced today that Freeman, the leading global partner for integrated marketing solutions for live engagements, will acquire AVMG, an audio visual solutions provider for association trade shows, business meetings, and special events based in Richardson, Texas. AVMG will join other leading Freeman brands such as Encore Event Technologies, Stage Rigging and Alford Media, as part of Freeman Audio Visual.
