Rick Western, Transformational Change Leader, Joins Kotter International
CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kotter International, the leadership and strategy implementation firm, announced today that Rick Western, an expert on transformational change in complex global organizations, has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.

Western spent more than 35 years at Ernst & Young, most recently serving as the Global Client Service Partner for several global accounts, including UPS, NCR and HD Supply, assisting each with transformational change initiatives and leading EY’s services worldwide. Prior to that, Western designed, developed and led a four-year large-scale internal change initiative for EY, resulting in a globally consistent approach to talent development (EYU) of 175,000 professionals worldwide. He previously led EY’s Southeast Region tax practice through 12 years of consistent high growth, increasing professional staff, number of clients served, revenues and the bottom line.
