FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 3, 2002--The TJX Companies, Inc. (NYSE:TJX) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock at the quarterly rate of $.03 per share payable February 27, 2003, to shareholders of record on February 6, 2003.
