FRAMINGHAM, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2001--The TJX Companies, Inc. (NYSE:TJX) today announced the declaration of a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock at the quarterly rate of $.045 per share payable February 28, 2002, to shareholders of record on February 7, 2002.
