Hudson’s Bay Company Announces Election of Directors

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hudson’s Bay Company (TSX:HBC) announced that the nominees listed in its management information circular dated May 14, 2014 were elected as directors of HBC at the annual meeting of shareholders held yesterday in Toronto.
