Regional Canadian customer conference to be held Oct. 8-9; general sessions to cover cloud and on-premises business communications software and services with special insurance-focused sessions
MONTREAL & INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of software and services designed to improve the customer experience, is hosting a regional Canadian customer conference, to be held Oct. 8-9 at its Montreal office.

The Tuesday, Oct. 8 conference agenda will include an Interactive Intelligence product and services overview, demos, a product futures presentation, and dinner with the opportunity to network with Interactive Intelligence senior executives and other customers.
The Wednesday, Oct. 9 conference agenda is devoted exclusively to Interactive Intelligence customers and prospects from the insurance industry -- one of the company’s primary vertical markets. This agenda will include an industry trends presentation from Strategy Meets Action Analyst Mark Breading. Also covered will be the topic of big data and analytics, along with an overview of the Interactive Intelligence insurance solutions, including demos and customer use cases and best practices.
All presentations on Oct. 8 will be delivered in French. The Oct. 9 insurance presentations will be delivered in English.
