Genetec Named One of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2013

Genetec was evaluated by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers based on programs to attract and retain younger workers, including tuition assistance and availability of co-op or work-study programs. Genetec was also judged on its mentorship, training, and bonus incentives for employees who complete certain courses or professional designations. Based on specific skills initiatives, Genetec was recognized for its programs to help younger workers advance faster in the organization. Completing the evaluation, the editors looked at the average age of employees to grade the composition and workforce profile.
