PPM 2000 Launches Brand Refresh
PPM marks 25 years with a new logo, a new web site, and a new release.

Elaine O’Sullivan, PPM’s President & Co-CEO, announced her company’s brand refresh with a nod to the past and a commitment to keep moving forward, “As we look back on the past 25 years and celebrate every accomplishment and every milestone, we’re focused on the next era of PPM, marked by a new logo and a new web site but, more importantly, by the continued evolution of Perspective.”
Founded in 1988, PPM had never updated their logo, and their web site was over ten years old. With a high level of industry recognition, the company’s internal marketing team was tasked with creating a logo that reflected the initial design while updating it for the 21st century. The result is a modern representation of PPM, recognizable yet current with similar colors and shapes but more depth and a new typeface. The reference to the number 2000, while still part of the company’s legal name and web site address, no longer appears.
For the web site, PPM wanted a completely new site that reflected best practices, including responsive design, and was updated to portray Perspective’s applicability across all facets of the Incident Management process, from response and documentation, through to investigation and prevention. The company’s upcoming Version 4.0 release further acknowledges this evolution with a series of new editions—companies choose their solution based on which part of the Incident Management process they want to focus on: operations; investigations; or both.

PPM launched the company’s new logo and web site on September 19, 2013. Perspective Version 4.0 will be introduced at ASIS 2013 in Chicago, IL, September 24-26, where PPM will be featured in Booth 919.
