Securities Lawyer Joins Norton Rose Fulbright’s US Member Firm in New York

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--A seasoned securities lawyer has joined the global legal practice of Norton Rose Fulbright’s US member firm as a partner in its New York office.

D. Grant Vingoe arrives at Norton Rose Fulbright after previously practicing as a partner at Arnold & Porter. His practice focuses on cross-border securities transactions and financial services regulatory issues.
