Teradyne’s ETS-88 on Display at SEMICON China 2010

NORTH READING, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE: TER) will showcase the ETS-88™ test system from its Eagle Test Business Unit at SEMICON China in Shanghai on March 16-18. The ETS-88 is an innovative high performance multisite production test system that focuses on high volume commodity and precision devices including LDOs, PWMs, Battery Chargers, Hot Swap Controllers, Gate Drivers, Power Switches, OPAMPs, Audio Amps (including Class D), Video Amps and Integrated Power Modules.

Demonstrations of the system will showcase the flexibility of the ETS-88 multi-sector architecture. The system test sectors can be configured to support up to four independent test applications with four independent handlers and probers. Sectors can also be configured to test multiple devices in parallel, with the same test application, all without modification to the test programs.
