NORTH READING, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Teradyne, Inc. (NYSE:TER) will release results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2007 on Wednesday, January 23, 2008, at 6:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) or later.
